Contributions to NABPAC are not tax deductible. All contributions are voluntary and will be used for political purposes. You have the right to refuse to contribute without any reprisal. Any guidelines presented are merely suggestions. You are free to contribute more or less than the guidelines suggest and NAB will not favor anyone by reason of the amount of their contribution or a decision not to contribute. Contributions from corporations, foreign nationals and federal government contractors are prohibited. Federal law requires NABPAC to use its best efforts to collect and report the name, mailing address, occupation, and name of employer of individuals whose contributions exceed $200 in a calendar year.
